Our Why
Luxe Loft by Mathews Aesthetics is owned By Zack and Stephanie Mathews. This dynamic duo has been happily married since 2012. They are devoted to one another but also to the people in their community. While Stephanie may provide the treatments and do the injecting, Zack provides a solid foundation for Luxe Loft by handling the financial and legal aspects of the business. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor's in Biology/Chemistry from Youngstown State University in 2008. She then started working as a Surgical Technician at UH portage. She decided to go back to nursing school and graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from YSU in 2014. She started working as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at various facilities in the Mahoning Valley. She enrolled at Kent State University to obtain a Masters Degree in Women’s Health. She then graduated with her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017. She started working for Progressive Women’s Care for 3 years. She previously worked for Comprehensive Women’s Care which she enjoyed greatly. She quickly became certified in Botox and Filler and fell in love. She realized this was just another avenue for serving the people in her community. She continues to take every advanced injectable course possible. She is dedicated to caring for her patients both medically and aesthetically. Luxe Loft is not just a small business, this is a dream made possible by the love and dedication between this couple. Zack and Stephanie cherish being parents to their baby boy, Lincoln. They also love being an uncle and aunt to their nieces and nephew. They have one rescue pup, and one recently crossed the rainbow bridge. They enjoy traveling the world and hiking. You may also find them spending their evenings at the gym!
Christina Nuzzi
Christina Nuzzi is the Office Manager at Luxe Loft. Her role at the Loft is to oversee all aspects of daily operations and she is also able to assist with aesthetic procedures when needed. Luxe Loft runs smoothly because of her efforts daily. She is dedicated and it really shows. Christina has worked in the aesthetics industry now for going on 2 years. Prior to working in Aesthetics she worked in Women’s Health for almost 20 years. Christina has grown to love the aesthetic industry because she’s able to witness the transformation, growth, and confidence of each and every client that walks through the door. Christina has worked hard to expand her skill and knowledge. Christina is certified in Medical Emergency Readiness by AAFE, BLS by American Heart Association, Bloodborne Pathogen and Infectious Disease Control by National CPR Foundation, Aseptic Technique and HIPAA training by HIPAA Exams Inc. Christina was born and raised in Youngstown and currently resides in Boardman with her son. She volunteers for his school activities as much as possible. She keeps herself busy running him around and attending his athletic and academic functions. Christina values and enjoys creating memories with family and friends.
Polixeni Chirgott
Polixeni Chirgott is a Nurse Practitioner at Luxe Loft. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also recently graduated in August 2022 with a Masters of Science in Nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner, she now offers injectables and other services at Luxe Loft. Her nursing career began at Mercy Health, and she worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital on the Orthopedic/Trauma Unit. Polixeni is certified in BLS, ACLS, Bloodborne Pathogen and Infectious Disease Control, and HIPPA training. She has always had an interest in the aesthetic industry and loves to see the confidence and happiness that patients have when they are feeling their best. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and reading.
Mackenzie Reardon
Mackenzie Reardon is a registered nurse and recently began working at Luxe Loft by Mathews Aesthetics, in December of 2020. Mackenzie performs all of our Aesthetic RN services. Mackenzie attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She previously worked as a nurse at Mercy Health Main Campus, on the intermediate step-down floor. Before starting her career at Mercy Health, she was a nurse at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Mackenzie is also a fitness instructor at Body Temple Fitness in Boardman, Ohio. She is also certified in ACLS/ BLS by American Heart Association, Bloodborne Pathogen and Infectious Disease Control by National CPR Foundation, Aseptic Technique and HIPAA training by HIPAA Exams Inc. Mackenzie married her high school sweetheart in August 2020, who has been very supportive of her new journey at Luxe Loft. Mackenzie has lived in Youngstown for most of her life, and she now lives in Poland, Ohio with her husband. She recently had a beautiful baby girl in May of 2022, Kensley, which she and her husband adore. When Mackenzie has any downtime, she loves hanging out with her friends, her husband, and she also loves working out. Mackenzie loves working at Luxe Loft. She enjoys assisting in making every patient feel good about themselves. Mackenzie has always loved the quote, “Imagine your best self. Show up as her”, and Luxe Loft has helped her and showed her how to live by this quote.
Jenna Roberts
Jenna Roberts is a Registered Nurse at Luxe Loft by Mathews Aesthetics. She joined the Luxe Loft family at the beginning of 2021. Jenna performs all of our RN aesthetic services. She also recently obtained a certification as a Permanent Makeup Artist. Jenna has always had the utmost interest in aesthetics, and wanting to make men and women feel more confident about themselves. She is incredibly passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. Jenna graduated Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She works as a medical surgical nurse and is also cross-trained in behavioral health nursing. With aesthetics being her passion, she enjoys educating her patients on the newest techniques while also continuing further education in her field. Jenna is a wife and new mom to her sweet baby boy, Crue. She has two rescue dogs that she adores and loves to give back to local animal shelters in and around the Youngstown area. Jenna enjoys staying busy and keeping her plate full. Besides working, she loves to travel with her husband. Spending time with friends and family is something that she strongly values and always makes a priority.
Syrenna Ramahi
Syrenna is our Social Media and Marketing Specialist here at Luxe Loft. We are beyond excited to have her on our team. She graduated from Youngstown State University with an associates in Business Administration. Syrenna specializes in social media, merchandising, and styling. Before, Luxe Loft, she spent 7 years working as a retail district manager, learning all things, such as marketing, merchandising, and customer service. She especially loved the marketing aspect of the businesses. Also, she loves the beauty and fashion industry. She is very excited to expand her knowledge and experience in the aesthetic industry. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her boyfriend, dog, friends, and family.
Christie Lease is a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Mercy Health for nine years before joining us at Luxe Loft. She has experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics & practice management. She is certified in Bloodborne Pathogens & Infectious Disease Control, CPR, First Aid & HIPPA Compliance. Christie grew up in Columbiana but now lives in Damascus with her 2 sweet little girls Rylee & Reagan, and her husband since 2017, Eric. You will find that Christie is a very kind, down-to-earth, positive person. She lives by the quote, “It’s a good day to have a good day!” She loves setting an example for her two little girls by practicing body positivity & women empowerment! Her hobbies include reading, learning, listening to a wide variety of music, silversmithing, going for walks on trails, side by side rides to the family farm, gardening & spending quality time with her family & friends. Next time you’re at the Loft, she will greet you with a big welcoming smile.

Kaylee Gump
Kaylee is an Advanced Esthetician here at Luxe Loft. She offers services such as facial waxing, facials, lash extensions, and brow lamination. She graduated from Raphael’s School of Beauty in May 2019 and has been working in the beauty industry ever since. Kaylee is certified in eyelash extensions, dermaplaning, oilplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microblading, and manual shading. She has also been trained in proper barbicide techniques and bloodborne pathogens as well as infectious disease control. Kaylee enjoys traveling, good food, and her cat named Phoebe. She loves meeting new people and enhancing their natural beauty to make them feel more confident in themselves.
Lacey Pearson is an Esthetician at Luxe Loft. You will see her adorable smile working at our front desk during the week. Lacey moved to Ohio from Keizer, Oregon to play softball at Youngstown State University. This is where she met her husband and they started their life here in Youngstown. She worked in special education at Girard City Schools for 10 years before she decided to go to Raphael’s beauty school for Aesthetics and obtained her esthetician’s license. She is certified in blood-borne pathogens, CPR, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. She spends her free time watching her three children, AJ, Ian, and Mia play sports. When she is not running around with her family or driving them to their various activities she likes to shop and curl up in bed with a glass of wine and Netflix. She can’t wait to greet you all as you enter Luxe Loft and help you achieve your beauty goals.
Lacey Pearson
Christa Rella is an Advanced Esthetician here at Luxe Loft. She started her journey here at Luxe Loft by Mathews Aesthetics, in May 2020. She graduated from Casal Aveda Institute in August 2017 and passed her boards in October 2017. Since graduating, Christa has become certified in lash lifts and tints, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, HIPPA, Basic Life support, and bloodborne pathogens, and Infectious diseases Control. Since starting at the loft she is also certified in using the Diamond Glow. She most recently has gotten certified in Consultation and Skin Analysis, Acne Solutions, and is a certified Ingredient Expert. Christa enjoys expanding her knowledge with Esthetics and continues to do so. Christa is beloved by her clients and we are not surprised. She is kind beyond measure and thorough! Christa was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Halley McGath
Halley McGath is a Licensed Advanced Esthetician and a 2x trained waxing professional with 17 years of experience within the beauty industry. She is certified in blood-borne pathogens and CPR training in addition to her licensure. Her services include full-body waxing, with an emphasis on women’s Brazilian waxes. She has always had a passion for providing a comfortable, safe space for her clients while building trust and confidence in every individual she serves. Halley enjoys traveling, concerts, comedy, animal rescue, and advocating for the empowerment of women.
Gena Leedy
Gena is our Front Desk/Social Media Coordinator. We are so thrilled to have Gena on our team. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Communications and Marketing with a focus in Social Media. She has a background in management and cosmetics. Gena has always had a deep love for making others feel good in their skin. She is very excited to learn more about the Aesthetics industry. When she’s not at work you can find her spending time with her niece and nephews. She also loves shopping for fun pieces for her home and making music with her boyfriend.
Casey Cox
Casey Cox is a Clerical Technician here at Luxe Loft. You can find her smiling face at the front desk or answering your phone calls! She has 3 beautiful children with her husband, Tim, and when she is not working she is most likely cheering them on from the sidelines at their sporting events. Casey is also an Advanced Esthetician with more than 20 years in the beauty industry. She has been all over the country to build her career, which began in Pittsburgh at Philip Pelusi salons. Additionally, Casey spent time in Los Angeles working at Cash & Pepper Salon before she settled down with her family in Youngstown to work at Aveda and eventually Luxe Loft. Casey was also an educator and taught courses at Casal’s in Canfield. Casey has a true passion for beauty and trends and she strives to make others feel confident in their own skin. She loves interacting with others and is truly excited to continue her career in the aesthetics industry.
Cassidy Ward
Cassidy Ward is a Clerical Technician here at Luxe Loft, you can find her smiling face at the front desk or answering your phone calls! She has been working with us since June 2023. Cassidy has always loved and admired Luxe Loft and the staff’s ability to enhance natural beauty. Prior to working at Luxe Loft, Cassidy was a Massage Therapist for 3 years. She knew she had a passion for helping others feel their best, and wanted to continue pursuing her career in the industry. Cassidy’s favorite thing about Luxe Loft is getting to work on a team of strong women who share the same goals as her. Currently residing in Poland, Cassidy spends her free time with her husband, Donovan, and her children, Ava and Asher. When she is not at Luxe Loft, you can usually find her shopping for vintage pieces, or fishing and watching movies with her family!
Amanda Bryant
Amanda Bryant is a Medical Assistant and Clerical Technician at Luxe Loft. You can find her assisting our Nurse Practitioners with procedures or smiling at the front desk! She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2018 with a degree in Applied Science: Early Education with high Honors. She followed her passion of working with children for 4 years. During the pandemic, she decided to pivot her career and join the aesthetic industry. Amanda’s background in business management and customer service fits in perfectly with our team at the Loft. Outside of work, Amanda spends her time with her husband, Michael, who is an ICU Nurse. They love camping, kayaking, and playing with their 2-year-old dog, Millie, together. Amanda’s friendly personality and drive to make every patient feel welcome and happy make her the perfect addition to our staff.
Alyssa Harrison
Alyssa Harrison is a Certified Medical Assistant at Luxe Loft by Mathews Aesthetics. Alyssa is also certified in Phlebotomy. She previously lived in Northern Michigan before moving to Ohio in 2013. Alyssa graduated from the Medical Assisting program at MCCTC in June 2015. Alyssa previously worked in orthopedics before following her true passion in esthetics. In Alyssa’s free time she enjoys traveling and going to Disney World with her two children.
Yasmin Musleh
Yasmin Musleh is a social media/marketing specialist here at Luxe Loft, and we are so excited to have her on the team! She is Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at Youngstown State University. She has a background in social media, merchandising, and styling. Yasmin has always had a deep love for beauty and aesthetics and cannot wait to become more educated about the aesthetics field. She feels that aesthetics is such an amazing way to boost an individual's confidence. You will find that Yasmin is very kind, passionate, and a positive bundle of energy to be around. When she's not at work you will catch Yasmin shopping with her friends, being active, studying, or hanging out with her cat, Givenchy.
